By ordering a package from Digitale bryllupsminner you accept these terms and conditions. They apply to all services provided by Digitale bryllupsminner.
All orders are binding once payment has been completed. Payments are processed via Stripe, and you will receive a confirmation email after successful payment.
Our standard wedding package includes 50 printed QR cards, a private gallery for 12 months, and free shipping.
QR cards are sent to the delivery address you provide at checkout. Delivery times vary but are normally around a couple of weeks from order. We ship to addresses in the United Kingdom.
You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, additional charges may apply.
Your private gallery is available for 12 months from your wedding date. You may upload an unlimited number of photos during this period.
We recommend downloading all photos before the 12-month period ends. We are not liable for data loss after the period has expired.
We offer a flexible cancellation policy up until your wedding day, provided the service has not been used and no photos have been uploaded to your digital library. You must pay return shipping, and the cards must be unused and in their original packaging. This applies unless products are personalised (such as font or colour changes).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at hei@digitale-bryllupsminner.no within 14 days. If products have already been shipped, they must be returned in original packaging.
We process your personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection law. Information is used only to deliver the service and manage your order.
Photos uploaded to the gallery are private and are only shared with people who have access via the QR code. We do not share photos with third parties.
Digitale bryllupsminner is not liable for loss or damage due to delayed delivery, loss of photos after the storage period ends, or technical issues outside our control.
